The lid has a diameter of 12 inches (30.5 cm) and fits pots with openings from 6 to 10.5 inches (15.2 to 26.7 cm). Not recommended for openings larger than 11 inches (27.9 cm).
Heat resistant up to 520°F (270°C). Can be used in microwave. Dishwasher safe or hand wash.
Allow about 10 minutes after cooking before removing the lid.
