- Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched directly from our Singapore facility within 1–3 working days after order confirmation.
We partner with recognised international carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority services, for cross-border delivery to our European customers. Estimated delivery time is typically 5–10 working days, depending on the destination and customs handling.
Tracking updates are sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout, detailing key shipping milestones such as dispatch, arrival at transit hubs, and local delivery stages.
If an order exceeds the expected delivery timeframe, we will initiate an immediate investigation with the carrier. Depending on the carrier’s official findings, we will promptly arrange either a replacement shipment or a full refund.
- European Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
For customers located in the European Union, a statutory 14-day withdrawal period applies in accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive.
This period commences on the day the customer receives the goods. Within this period, customers have the right to cancel and return their order without providing a reason.
Please note that the customer is responsible for bearing the direct cost of returning the goods to our Singapore facility.
- Returns Conditions & Procedure
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team via email at silicone@siliconspillprooflidmat.com, providing the relevant order details.
Returned items must be sent to the following address:

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, and resalable as new. Once the return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund and notify you accordingly.
- Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives with visible defects or damage, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To facilitate the review process, we require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to be submitted via email.
Upon verification of the issue, we will promptly issue a replacement or a full refund. In certain verified instances, returning the damaged item to us will not be required.
- Refund Processing
Once a return or claim is approved, refunds will be issued strictly to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing times vary depending on the respective financial institution, typically requiring 3–7 working days to appear on your statement after our confirmation.
